Should a plate you purchased through Counter Croak be functionally damaged in the event of a justified defense situation, with a police report, Counter Croak will be glad to have contributed to your personal safety and will replace your damaged plate with an equivalent plate or with store credit.
Counter Croak is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit through the carrier's mishandling. Please inspect your items upon arrival and reach out to your mail carrier's support team in the event of lost or damaged packages.
