Order Status
When will my order ship?
We'll notify in an announcement when the first batch of pre-orders have arrived to our facility. We expect at most a two month lead time from when the pre-order window closes. The plates should start shipping out sometime tentatively between November to December 2024.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Pre-orders are nonrefundable as your plates will be made to order and we cannot ask our partners and material suppliers to refund us or to change the amount of plates ordered once we've confirmed with them this batch's amount.
How do I track my order?
We'll provide you a tracking number as soon as it's available.
Who certified your plates?
US Element & Space Defense Laboratory tested and rated our plates to NIJ Standard. We are still in progress for NIJ Certification.
